Unused Tutoring Hours Policy
Don’t worry about unused tutoring hours! The value of any unused hours can be applied toward your next course or exam preparation package. For example, if you have two $140 sessions remaining from medical school coursework, the unused $280 can be applied toward a Shelf exam or USMLE Step 1 or Step 2 CK tutoring package. If you still have unused funds after completing your tutoring, we will refund 100% of the remaining balance.
